Recurring Processes

These SOPs run on a recurring schedule rather than once per piece of work. They sit alongside the lifecycle and keep the team aligned, improving, and accountable over time.

Retrospective model

We run a single monthly retrospective rather than a per-sprint one. The classic per-sprint retro is replaced by the broader monthly health-and-improvement review. The other sprint ceremonies (standup, grooming, planning, demo) run on their normal sprint cadence.
